Self-Pay & Visit Planning

Clear, Direct Self-Pay Care

The Center for Regenerative Medicine currently operates on a self-pay, also called cash-pay, basis and does not bill insurance for its services. The practice works directly with patients so the physician can discuss care based on the patient's condition, examination, functional goals, and reasonable options.

Costs are explained before treatment so patients can make an informed decision. Self-pay does not mean that every patient will be advised to have a procedure. The first step is an evaluation to understand the problem and determine what next steps may be appropriate.

Your First Appointment

The first appointment is an in-person evaluation with the physician, not a commitment to undergo a procedure. The physician reviews your symptoms, history, goals, examination findings, and relevant records or imaging before discussing options.

Before Treatment

If treatment is recommended, the expected cost is discussed before it is scheduled. You can ask questions about the recommendation, likely follow-up, limitations, alternatives, and cost before deciding how to proceed.

Plan for Your Visit

  • Bring a photo ID and a current medication list.
  • Bring relevant imaging or medical records if available.
  • Make a note of when symptoms began, what has already been tried, and which activities you want to regain.
  • You do not need to bring an insurance card as a standard requirement.
  • Arrive about 10 minutes early and call the clinic if you need to change your appointment.
